who here has taken a CLEP test? how are they?

I am taking a clep test for business law and marketing. I printed out the exam guide from collegeboard but it really doesn't seem like much material.. like just 80 practice questions... who has taken any and how did you study for it?

Took it. Found it a bit, elementary, to say the least.

I took it for 4 classes my freshman year of college. Nothing like marketing/business law. All were really easy. If you have experience in yours, they shouldn't be a problem.

Took one for PHYS 1100. I was not prepared, and only got 9/20 questions correct. Got credit for the class

I'll put it this way.
I took CLEPS for History 201, 202, and Biology whatever it was in 2002. I was in the 9th grade. Passed both history tests easily and missed biology by 2 points, even though I had never even taken high school biology. Basically, they were super easy.

If you know a lot about the subject from your life experience you will pass without any problem. If you don't you probably won't from just studying for a couple days.
