Tillery is still taking classes at ECA this week. He signed financial aid agreement that binds ND...not the player. He is heading to ND though...he isn't flipping to us.

I look but don't care - not like I used to, anyway. I used to follow recruiting VERY closely. Once I realized that players were blowing smoke just to get attention and were actually lying to coaches about committing (has been going on for several years, but came to a head last year), I lost interest.

I still check over here to see if LSU picked up a commitment or to be familiar with players that we are going after, but I don't care like I used to. I have no control over it and it will all work out in the end.

People change their minds.

Bama was on him and got him. Hard to recruit against them for Mississippi kids.

We need someone to come in and start day one. Why would he decommit?
Alabama must be paying that well.

A man's word rarely means anything anymore. Then again, the decision ultimately belongs to a 17 or 18 year old kid. The kid changed his mind... It happens. LSU certainly isn't above trying to flip kids that are already committed. And what his dad thinks may not mean much.

He must been told his star will go up where it should be when you go to Bama. We should offer Nick all of our 4ahd 5 star players so he can shut recruiting long enough to have a life.

I believe this is the case of Alabama recruiting him just to keep him off our roster. I don't think they ever intend on playing him.

We do really need him and he would get pretty early playing time. Not so much at Bama. I'm not sure he has thought about that - this might have been a snap decision, in a way.

Good luck to him. We'll be fine. We haven't exactly had problems at the tackles

Best of luck to him

Now take his name off the board and get someone who wants to be here.
