I have them on my trailers, I'm just referencing everybody else I get behind. I would honestly estimate the number of boats and four wheeler trailers/flat beds with working tail lights is 33% in this state.

I told a guy his lights were out earlier this week. It went a little something like this.

I may be in the minority, but I'm with the OP (maybe I'm jaded from living in BR).
