Thanks for the tip.

Here's a tip for you, you might have found a safer way to do it than swerving in front of me at the gas station and completely blocking my way by pinning me in at the gas pumps like you were auditioning for Cops, then screaming at me over and over again that I didn't have any brake lights. It took a second to comprehend what you were screaming. I didn't know my lights were out, so chill out. I had my son with me on our way to check the hog traps. First time I have ever had my hand go to my pistol in the truck.

Just think next time and chill.

I could see pulling up beside me and say "Hey, your brake lights are out."

Just don't come racing in, tires squealing, cutting me off to tell me.

Do you really think it was an OBer?

Every thread I read on this entire site reaffirms one thing...People are Idiots.

There are some uptight frickers out there. A few days in Seattle a couple weeks ago affirmed my desire to stay away from the hordes as much as possible.

Was hoping not to, but when I guy completely cuts you off, screaming at you out the window, and your young son is in the back seat, you get concerned.

It's instinct..

And if it's not for some people, it needs to be.

We live in a crazy world these days.

I can relate to that. Couple of months ago, I had my 5 year old grandson with me coming home from church when an idiot pulled behind me right on my bumper. This guy tailgated me for another 7 miles down this two lane country road where we live. When we got to a straight portion of the road, he whipped around me, stopped, blocked the road and got out of his old beat up truck, raising more cane than a pet monkey, waving his arms, cussing, and carrying on about the speed limit being 55 all the way down the road. (It ain't 55 no where down the road, 35 is the max) He got out of his truck, approached my side of the van and was still carrying on like a crazy man. He didn't know it, but I had already leveled a .357 at his guts with my finger on the trigger, gonna shoot through the door, ready to drop him right there in the middle of the road if he reached in the window or touched the van. Reported it to the state troopers and sheriff's department. Seems this guy has done a LOT of folks this way and by their own words, "He's crazy." Told the law dogs that I had already pulled my gun on him and fully intended to shoot him if I felt he was a threat to me or my grandson. They said I had every right to protect myself and my grandson (I already knew that). I never said a word to this guy. Just kept my eyes on his hands. I think he may have started to figure out that he may have just bit off more than he could chew, so he backed away, got in his truck and drove off. Closest I've ever come to actually dropping the hammer on anyone. Crazy guy has since been ticketed several times for different moving violations. State men and sheriff's department pull him over every chance they get, because he's on their list now.

I wish I had nothing better to do then complain about someone helping me.

I've found Asians (mainly Korean, Japanese, some Chinese) to be very rude in general. Probably the nature of coming from a culture that deals with overcrowding on a daily basis.

People are becoming more socially awkward. I think social media and reality shows have some influence in this area.

My wife would fit in that category. She'll text me from another room or call me and tell me she just texted me something.

Are you talking about trailer lights? As far as I can tell, those aren't required in this state.
