It's near its 52 weeks low, looks like a steal at current prices. What do the O&G investing gurus think?

Tons of companies are close to 52 week lows in the space....why do you like this one?

They just opened a 50 million dollar office building in Midland, TX.

Nabors is nears its low as well. I am thinking of getting in soon. Any advice/knowledge on Nabors?

I'm not exactly an O&G guru, but our research dept likes Pioneer Natural Resources PXD. It's trading at $130 and our 12 month price target is $230. Also has an estimated divi of $5.25.

They are continuously purchasing mass quantities of product from my company for new rig builds.
For NWLA news, they are moving 2 new rigs in to the Lincoln Parish area by end of 1Q 2015.
