Chlorine bleach. Be sure to swallow after gargling.

Crest white strips

They have several levels....I had great results with the ones you put on your teeth for 2 hours for 7 days.

I've heard to swish hydrogen peroxide.

hydrogen peroxide is like $2 a bottle. mix it with some water and use it as a mouth wash.

I only do it about a week at a time. All teeth whitening products are bad for your teeth.

And peroxide is terrible for your gums.

Thanks Nurse, do they sell them at Walgreens?
My teeth are bad already so don't care if the whitening hurts them. Just need them white.

Serious answer: mix hydrogen peroxide and baking powder into a paste and brush teeth with it after brushing your teeth with normal toothpaste

Yeah they do....and Target

However....you can find them cheaper on Amazon

That's the only whitening product I used before my wedding and I was very pleased with the results. I don't smoke anymore....but drink a lot of coffee and tea.

Will try that now Blackleaf.
Nurse, I will go check them out then, not worried about cost.
Thanks

This is the ones I used...

They now have stronger ones as well. The ones I got said to wear for 2 hours a day for 7 days. They will make your teeth ache a lil (if you have sensitive teeth). I would take motrin before putting them on....and instead of doing them everyday...wore them every other day and that seemed to help a lot.
