He´s three weeks into intensive language learning, but not a word about his destination

What side will Marco Reus play for after the season? And does the Spanish course has something to do with his decision?

It's just unfair the team that Madrid can put our there right now. Any player in their starting 11 would be most clubs' best player by far.

Barca still have the transfer embargo in the summer right? So I guess that seals it

Bale should come back to Spurs for a challenge. What's the point of playing on a fricking All-Star team. This Real Madrid team makes the Miami Heat of the last few years look like a college team.

Good news is they'll cycle some of their other galacticos out and other clubs can get them for a good deal...

Y'all, it's not Madrid.

It's obvious he's headed to Sociedad. Moyes is finally going to get one of his transfer targets from last year.

I feel like it's not Madrid, idk what his transfer fee is or whether or not anyone else could afford him though.

This summer his release clause is like 25m€ allegedly so pretty much everyone will go after him

He is going to Madrid. Only problem, is ankle injuries.

I think Ancelotti was pleasantly surprised with how well Kroos fit in, and playing a role which isn´t über Kroos.

He´s convinced this new breed of deft on the ball Germans can cut the mustard (ali oli, maybe?).

The versatility is key. Reus is a true talent and Ancelotti is a master of fitting in pieces.

I agree with much of the sentiment expressed in this thread not so much because it's Real Madrid but because teams like Dortmund, which have generally been enjoyable to watch, are getting reamed. When the likes of Reus, Goetze, Gundogan, Levandowski, Mkhiraetaerasn, and others, are competing with Bayern, it's fun. But it isn't when they are all clearing out for Bayern/Spain/Chelsea/PSG. Another prime example is Atletico Madrid.

I've only been following the sport for about 4 years now, so I don't have a great frame of reference, but it's a disturbing trend to see the top talent of Europe continue to gravitate toward 4-5 clubs. Can't blame the players for wanting to do that, but it sucks.

Meh. Just learning it so that he can better communicate with Alexis once he gets to Arsenal in July.

Multiple clubs can trigger the clause then its up to him where he goes. Only cans see Madrid paying his wages.
