Dual Booting Kit Kat OS on a PC/Tablet

I have a I5 256 SSD memory 2:1 that I bought with the intention of using Android and 8.1. I cannot for the life of me get Android to work unless I boot it from a memory stick. I have read, looked at vidoes, etc but it will not work.
For some reason I cannot partition my drive so that my bios sees anything else but my main drive.
Any ides? I am getting to the point of willing to pay someone.

Wish I had any advice for you but I've never attempted such a thing.

I'm pretty sure windows doesn't allow second partitioning for other OS.
Why would you Want android on it anyway?

Actually, windows 8.1 does allow you to install other operating system. I can actually run android perfectly fine on my system from a usb stick, but since it's not saving to my HD, nothing actually saves.
So if my gf want to play something dumb like candy crush, none of the progress she makes saves.
The main reason for wanting to have dual OS's if for games for my kids.
