If true, that is a really good sign. I figured he'd be out for the year.

About the only way it's not positive is if he gets reinjured. It's his non shooting arm but I do wonder how it will affect his defense.

a couple of big ifs here…but if he comes back by early january and if he can be playing the same level he played pre injury and stay relatively healthy…with the new and improved bench, this could be huge news.

The crazy part is that line up is rated that high with Eric Gordon shooting like dog shite in the first what 5 games?

Ummm, how about good? We obviously lost a step without him and as popular as it is to shite on the guy he clearly means something to the team. We aren't the same team without him.

100% good for the Pels if he's able to come back.

100% bad for the "Fire Monty" majority on this board.

great news. If he's back to his defensive self and his shooting touch keeps up w/ his last 6 games, we can move reke to the bench.

The interesting thing about that is that just before Gordon got injured Monty was finally starting to stagger the guards, but the guard that was getting time with the bench was Gordon, not very successfully either IIRC. That might be a different story with Mekel and Gordon's off ball ability though. Gordon + Babbitt + Mekel + Cunningham = less minutes for Rivers?

I really hope he stays healthy and plays really well. That helps us in a lot of ways. It would make us far more competitive this season and possibly open up options for next year.

This can only be good news IF he's healthy. It is really good news actually.

I hope he comes back and plays well.
