Bored today and watching some '03 game highlight videos. I saw this beast run and thought it was pretty comparable to Fournette's. I'm sure a lot here will disagree, but would it be up there if he had scored on the run?

He was a beast that game and I won more money than EVER on a LSU team that night... I just knew they were gonna come out smoking after the FLA loss....

Watching the rest of that video, LSU is currently on their 16th play of the drive and are only on USC's 45 yard line. Looks like they were trying to retire on that drive

Broussard had everything before his injury.

If he doesn't get hurt, we win the championship in 2006.

After 2003 i thought lsu was gonna have the best backfield in cfb for 2 more years. Little did i know that white women and an injury would derail that. What couldve been had KWilliams started from day 1 in 2006.

That was a nice run, but it compares more to Hilliard's run against UGA in the SECCG.

Fournette pretty much bench pressed the dude backwards. I mean their guy, who was supposedly a hard hitter himself, went from the bow position, to flat on his arse position.

I hope Fournette channels Herschel Walker more during the next two years

Mauck was so efficient. Not a special players by any means, but rock solid (could complete passes and run an offense).

Vincent dominated those highlights, as he did with several games in 2003. I swore he was going to win a Heisman by the time he was done.

For those unfortunate enough to have to listen to it on the radio, Hawthorne kept announcing that Ally Landry (the former Miss Louisiana) was running the ball.

Thanks for posting this. It's been so long since I've seen an efficient LSU offense.

One of the nicest things about this was Lou Holtz was the Carolina coach. I think this fueled his hatred for LSU

Wasn't Saban furious with him for getting run down on his long run in the BCSNCG? Something about him being lazy with his game prep.
