if i buy an SSD

Is it easy to transfer windows over off my HDD or do I have to re install? newegg has some good samsungs right now $120G for 89.99 250G $139.99

Fresh install is recommended I believe.

Some of the SSD's come with software to help migrate your install from an HDD to SSD.

That said...I'd just backup anything you really want to save to an external or something and do a fresh install. It's probably time anyway

Fresh install is always good, but you can use free software to clone your OS over to the SSD if you want. You'll need to back up and delete stuff on your HDD to trim it down to SSD size, as you cannot just transfer the OS installation over by itself.

Speaking of, I did a clean sweep of my SSD. I reinstalled everything from scratch and finally got that C++ issue fixed. I haven't OC my cards yet, but my score was better already.
