I actually feel bad for him. This season, the defense has absolutely shite the bed, our line can't block, and our receivers/TEs drop more passes than any Kenner pee wee football team.

Sure, he has thrown some pics, but how often does he have to throw before he gets clobbered by a defense rushing 3 and still getting sacks?

Would his salary and cap issues affect why we have shitty OL or defensive play?

So do I. Everyone that suits up deserves part of the blame for this crap.

Just because the salary cap rationale is cliché at this point doesn't make it any less true.

You would think if Brees is smart, he would realize his own legacy is hurt by his poorer stats, due in large part to his salary affecting ability to sign quality O-linemen among other needs...

We have two guards in the top 5 in pay who are both playing like shite

You claim the defense shite the bed, yet you blame the o line for Brees mistakes.

frick That! The defense has lost too many key players but the entire offense has shite the bed.

Line sucks, Brees sucks, Colstin sucks, Graham is still a pussy as he's always been.

THAT, my friends, is the real problem. We pay far too much for 2 guards that aren't playing well.

I wish we had Kromer still

Brees played horrible today and has not had a good year. Hopefully it will be better next year.

Blame goes to everyone today. Our ST got us in great field position twice when we were down 17-3 and they didn't do anything with it. Defense stayed on the field so long and of course got gassed and gave up big play after big play on 3rd downs. Then our offense couldn't get any progression. Constant three and outs. Something needs to change this offseason. A team should not have as steep of a fall off as we've had this year with no significant losses.

Ummm... no. Brees has just as much blame in this as the entire rest of the team. Horrible passes, and his INT killed this team and helped give Carolina straight momentum the rest of the way.

The OL hasn't been great and has actually been mediocre to bad, but Brees has as much blame as them with most of his INTs not coming due to pressure.

Brees has been horrible this year at times and is directly responsible for some of the losses with is inexplicable turnovers.

If he wants better protection on the line maybe he should restructure his contract.
