Next time I get to play I'm going to work on getting to the main boss in the Chalice Dungeons.

My goal tonight is to go through the ailing loran so I can get the items I need to create the defiled pthumerian.

There's a huge difficulty spike in ailing, but it's one of the best dungeons.

I've started it and it is much harder. The larger enemies are much more powerful along with being faster and more aggressive. I'm dreading fighting the BSB and Abhorrent Beast. How would you rate the BSB in this dungeon? I've beaten him on NG so is he harder or easier than that?

BSB is exactly the same, except it seems to have more HP. Abhorrent Beast is much harder.

When I fought BSB in the dungeon, the room had poison water all over the floor slowing you down and poisoning you. He seemed easier than when I first fought him though, probably because I knew how to beat him this time.

That's in the hintertomb dungeon. Thankfully the ailing loran fight doesn't have any environmental poison.

After 6 attempts I beat the BSB in the Ailing Loran dungeon. Maybe it was because I kept trying for visceral attacks but he seemed a bit more difficult than in NG+ but that could be just me. If he didn't have poison he wouldn't be that difficult. I'll save the Abhorrent Beast for tomorrow. I assume at some point I'll beat him and then it's onto the joy of the Defiled Pthumerian dungeon.

Beat Agmydala last night and improved my record to 4-0 against invaders. He was a nice guy. Allowed me to move to a safer area and waited for me to bow in return. After that, I destroyed him with my repeater pistol.

Me, Totes and DCB were in a 3 man co-op and 1 guy tried to invade us. Did not turn out well for him.

I am 79 and 30.
DCB is around 65.
Totes is around 55
Loop is around 150 and 30
