The Allman Brothers Band - Statesboro Blues
I honestly don't think we have to go much further.
Maybe something by SRV. But ABB probably have 2 or 3 candidates for this spot. Statesboro FTMFW.

That's a good one!
But like the Black Keys, and the Allman Brothers, I've always considered Stevie Ray Vaughn as a Blues/Rock guy.
Here's an old Kinks song redone by the Black Keys.
Act Nice & Gentle

I remember the first time I heard Tea for One by Zeppelin. I stop what I was doing and became mesmerized, by Page's seductive riffs!
No question that's a great song. Shows just how strong Zeppelin still was towards the end of their run. I also highly recommend Joe Bonamassa's version of it. Possibly even better than LZ's. Another good one is Since I've Been Loving You. LZ was first and foremost a blues band so blues riffs abound throughout their music.

Then there's quiet possibly the greatest Blues/Rock song you've ever opened your ears too.
Jimi Hendrix - Born Under a Bad Sign
I love Hendrix, but that's not the best version of that song.

I love the original by Albert King, and of course Cream's version does the song justice as well.

Joe Bonamassa
My step dad loves Bonamassa. I gave him three concert Blurays last christmas and the dude shreds but my favorite is the acoustic concert in the Vienna Opera house. The entire concert is on Youtube here.

Hendrix, Abb, Clapton, SRV, and many others are more like blues artists doing rock songs

Saw Boz play this in August at Hard Rock Biloxi.
Unfreakin' believable. One of the best blues songs of all time.
