There supposedly is no official EO. Only legal directives and justifications from DOJ to Homeland Security easing the deportation process.

They're not wrong in principle. Just issue a directive for DOJ to reverse the previous memos
similar to the waterboarding memos under GWB

So, just to clarify. Obama's "presidential action" in this case is NOT a traditional Executive Order...this presidential action is simply a memo to DHS from the White House stating the new criteria to conduct deportations of illegals (which effectively gives amnesty to approximately 5 million illegal aliens). Is that right?
