How is one allowed to tweet from jail?

Just saw a story on some tweet that War Machine guy posted. Just out of curiosity, went to his twitter page, and that dude tweets something everyday. Are we allowing prisoners this sort of access now?

Ive gotten phone calls from friends that had cell phones in prison, its not that uncommon.

Some prisons allow for computer access, and like Sabi said, contraband phones are always getting snuck in.

a guy I know up in Hunt, has been updating his FB status from Prison trying to trick everyone that he is in North Dakota working.

Doesn't need a cell phone, they get visitors and can make collect calls. All he needs is someone with access to his twitter account.

My cousin had like 2 more weeks in jail and he was calling me from the prison cell phone. I ripped him a new one.

I deal with prisoners on work release frequently...every one of those frickers has a cell phone...

We had several work release people at my old job. They all had phones, food stashes, etc
