Certainly been more consistent than Auburn over that time period with no prior tradition of consistent winning.

What do you use to support this? Wins? Championships? or just not having a disastrous season?

I'm mobile so I can't get the numbers for you but I'd bet Scar has won close to the same amount of games than auburn since Steve has been there and it's their best run in school history. Keep in mind I was responding to the clown that said spurrier hasn't made SC "decent".

Most SC fans are probably like me. They don't really buy it until something actually happens.

It is just weird since the guy is apparently on vacation.

pretty much that. This is just one other thing that has been reported in this endeavor.

I'd agree with you that they've been decent. You should have said that and not said more consistent than auburn then. Unless of course steady as she goes and not winning is what you're basing it on.

In that time auburn has won more games, more sec championships and more national championships.

Would you bet that they've won the same amount of SEC titles, Nat'l titles or head-to-head match ups?

Lol at you for getting your hopes up that this article was accurate

It wasn't, just more hopeful propaganda out of USC. Champ will be on staff at Auburn some time next week

i just think it would be a smart move to go there, be a great DC again, learn the landscape of SC, Study under spurrier for 2-3 years, he retires, boom, take over easy...Its worked well for Kiffen so far, I think if he is smart he will go there...he is right next to Georgia where he played, who knows Georgia may come open in a few years...I would not go to Auburn or A&M...Better situation at SC.

Lol. Not getting worried about Auburn, and certainly not aTm, regardless of what happens with a defensive coordinator.

I don't know why you wouldn't be worried if Ellis Johnson held you to 7 but alright

Arkansas held us to 0. Ole Miss to 10. Alabama to 13. shite, aTm held us to 23.

Everyone did it to us. I don't think Auburn's offense will be as explosive next year, plus LSU is at home. Not as worried About that game as usual.

Could lose Williams and Coates. We'll have to see what they bring back. Artis-Payne is gone too.

Not worried about Auburn in Tiger Stadium really.
