If he sees our guys fricking up he should work on it with them. They're not perfect no,but he's certainly not helping with his scheme.
It's execution. Do the players deserve some blame? Perhaps but monty has failed on his part and that's undeniable.

Its basketball 101 shite since the beginning of time. 3-on-1 break...ballhandler down the middle of the court, the two other guys flare to his sides. Draw the defender, pass to either side...layup.
Should he teach them how to tie their shoes, too?
