Where can I buy a Engel Dry Box cooler in BR?

Bass Pro Shops carries their Live wells, which is just a dry box with an bubble machine on it. Adds about $15 to the cost. Other than that, i'm not sure. Haven't noticed them anywhere.

Sam's Club in ellic used to have them. I would try there.

I'm pretty sure I saw them at Sam's in BR. But they may be pushed aside right now for all the seasonal merchandise.

Try sams club. They have them here in Alex just picked up another one last week
