So When Does Les finally Say : Yes or No???

IS this gonna drag out or is he gonna say yes or no sooner than later?? or does he have the chest or the want to be the head guy at LSU??

I would think--and hope--Michigan should have someone hired by this weekend.
The worst thing that can happen for LSU would be for this to drag out.
I don't think Les would let that happen. He's not going to wait around as second choice.
He has a lot more decency than Nick Saban, who drug out his leaving to where it affected recruiting.
And I'll never forget that goddamn prick holding his press conference to announce him taking the Miami job on Christmas Day, 2004.

Yeah i think you are right. Les has squashed the rumors farely quickly. Who can forget the one before Tenn SEC championship game .

If Alleva proposes another raise after the last three years, then the Chancellor needs to fire him on the spot. He played us with the Arky Bull shite when anyone with half a brain knew that Arky wasnt going to hire a guy that referred to them as Ar-Kansas. Way to go Les, just gave Houston Dale Nutt and all the players at Arky even more reason to beat us.

Last time he was due a raise given changes in the market combined with recent results (34-5 in previous 3 years).
This time the market has not changed dramatically for a coach of his success and experience plus recent results haven't been nearly as good.
I know you people think Alleva is a drooling idiot and all of you could do a better job but I assure you neither is the case.

Would you be ok with a raise to 5.2 mill to offset Freeze raise if he agreed to lowering buyout upon termination to 5 mill?

Whatever happens with Miles and Michigan will happen fairly quickly
If yes he needs to roll out to start recruiting at Michigan
If no he needs to be able to stop the rumors and recruit for LSU

Miles should be paid the same as any coach with 1 BCS Championship/1 Runner up BCS/2 BCS bowl wins/2 SEC Championships/3 SEC West Championships.
He should not be paid less than any SEC coach who hasn't even played in a BCS game much less won one.
Bottom line, if the market dictates he get a raise then give him a raise.
