Looks like Prairieville getting Honda Dealership

Ascension Honda going in on corner of Babin and Airline, wherever Babin is. New car dealership which is significant because it's not an existing dealership relocating. Nice to see.
Site work being done for Rouse's at the big golf ball on Airline and site work being done on Airline just before Bayou Manchac in front of that new building. Anyone know what this is?
What else is going up? Couple of nice big buildings on Oak Villa and Tom Drive Extensions.
Good to see work coming out of the ground. Know of anything else? What happened to the buildings in front of Alexander's Market? Had a zoning hearing sign awhile back then nothing.

I would call it gonzales. Duplessis technically.
Anything north of 621 I call Prairieville, South is Gonzales.
Sure there is some technical boundry.

Unincorporated Gonzales, Babin crosses Airline and Becomes Black Bayou. Will definitely need infrastructure improvements if this is the case.

We are making the same mistakes here in the AP that BR made decades ago with our traffic infrastructure. We are not planning ahead and just letting commercial and real estate developers run buck wild is going to come back and frick us up the arse like it did with BR.

Well that is what they are pitching it as in the subdivision. Building its own shopping complex within it and the rouses will be in it too. Might should look at the plans before saying no
