I love how self righteous UM fans/media try to be regarding a coach

The LSU coach is certainly not the only one to engage in over-signing recruits — it has been a strategy in the SEC for years. But this hasn't been a practice at Michigan.

I've seen this thrown around a good bit on numerous sites.

"That's just certainly nothing us Michigan men would be a part of."

tOSU used to try and pretend to have similar morals until their last 2 hires have been Tressell and Urbs. I guess it's just a card big 10 fan bases like to use as an excuse for them falling behind.

Get over yourselves.

UM, welcome to the reality of CFB this century.

By those criteria, they wouldn't even hire Nick Saban.

Bucha damn fools.

Their self-righteous attitude is just an excuse to be a loser.

"Woe is me. Urban Myer cheats and over signs. We're gonna do things the "Michigan" way...."

and lose by 20 to tOSU

Then they can shut up and resign themselves to continued mediocrity. Because that's the reality of college football today. The cost of doing business, if you will.

I heard Rich Rod on the Van Pelt show a few weeks ago essentially say to Van Pelt "WTF is a Michigan man"..Schembechler was born and went to college in Ohio.

can we list some examples of this?
also, if there's someone not good enough to play, why would you want them taking a spot of someone who can?
these michigan folks think they are getting NFL head coaches to quit their jobs and come coach michigan.
it's delusion.

Maybe that's why Michigan hasn't been heard of for years aside from Denard Robinson.

Anthony Carter was reading on a 5th grade level when he went to Michigan. Spare me the sanctimony, Michigan.

It's a phrase I'll never be able to see again without hearing Mike Tyson's voice.

That attitude is not prevalent on this campus at all. Michigan fans want Les Miles, this narrative is outdated.

Big Ten fans love to claim that all SEC programs oversign, but they don't do that anymore after the SEC stepped in and limited the number of players they could sign.

And that's the same mentality that has put them in irrelevance.

And LOL at thinking they are squeaky clean in the first place.

Oh, and didn't they hire Rich Rod, who had those same (or worse) question marks?
