SCOTT, LA (WAFB) - A 24-year-old man was arrested for video voyeurism after he allegedly admitted to posting nude photos of his ex-girlfriend online.

“The victim did not recognize the photos and believe Mr. Gary had taken the photos while she was sleeping and without her knowledge or consent,” wrote Chief Chad Leger, Scott Police Department, in a press release.

He should go to jail for being a dumb arse. He not only admits to posting them on line, he told the cops he took the pictures while she was sleeping.

All he had to do is say I want a lawyer.

All nude photos should be illegal regardless of whether the victim is asleep or not.

Let this be a lesson to all you young dudes. If you do have pics of a girl, you'd better not share them with anyone. There is zero evidence here other than what this girl claims but he's still in a world of shite.

Meh, I think it matters what the picture actually depicts.

Pleading ignorance

Too bad the court of public opinion isn't going to fall for this.
