I thought about it honestly, but I almost rather it just go away, and never hear from or see her again.

He's screwed regardless in that situation unless she ends up not getting pregnant. Even then, he got raped.
If she end up getting pregnant, it's a no-win situation for him.
1) If he chooses to not be the father to that kid he will regret it later in life = no win.
2) If he chooses to be the father to that kid, that means he's choosing to be in a relationship with his raper, not to consider that all of this was unplanned and alters his future = no win.
3) If he files rape charges he'll be ridiculed as a pussy by most cops and grown men because the narrative is (wrongly) that men cannot be raped by women = no win.
Fact is, this is a bad situation.

Yeah she is, and while I do think I'm good, it still makes me uneasy and I'll probably be that way for a month or so until theres confirmation.

You got bamboozled and hoodwinked. I still don't think she's gonna get pregnant. Anyway, bullet: dodged. Well, until she's on her death bed and reveals the true identity of her son's father.
