2014 FDB Thanksgiving Money Shot Thread

Not sure how to rotate the picture. I threw this together to head to my family's (assuming that, as for the last 3 years, they wouldn't have anything I could have - no complaints), but they had special ordered a vegan thanksgiving meal from WF for me, so I had that instead.

Roasted Brussels, tofurkey roast of sorts, mushroom sage gravy, roasted butternut squash, steamed potatoes, and rolls. They also made the corn without butter so I could have it

In the pic, individual turkey-less roasts (soy), mushroom gravy, green beans and mashed red/sweet potatoes. I just saved this to serve later or have another day. I will be cooking similar things tonight.


Round one was a success. Very grateful for the thoughtfulness of my family this year, as it wasn't expected.
