What brand/material are the most comfortable sheets? Tired of the shite I'm laying on right now. Also, doesn't hafta be warm for the winter, if anything I'd like it somewhat cool as I prefer to add blankets than have the sheets get hot!

I bought some bamboo sheets a couple of months ago, and they are awesome.

Flannel.

Hands down. Can't wait to change to flannel sheets this year.

i had a thread about this way back
several people recommended t-shirt sheets and several recommended high thread count

i opted for the t-shirt sheets because they were cheaper

i was never hotter sleeping than with those awful t-shirt sheets, sweated my arse off for a few weeks and threw them out

ETA: i'm no where near fat

Always wanted to try these. Got a good brand to recommend? How much do they run?

Just get the highest thread count you can afford. You'll never waste money on 200-300 thread count sheets after you slept on 800-1000. The lower thread count feels like sleeping on a piece of notebook paper.

I've been hearing a lot of good about the Bamboo sheets.

My current sheets are super comfortable and were very cheap, but have some kind of handwritten note in Chinese on them from the factory. IDK got them at the French Market for $30.

We've done high dollar cotton sheets but now we have the bamboo sheets. They are outstanding.

I have no idea what they're made of, but my girlfriend bought some of these and they're fantastic.

I cannot find the brand name on the sheets. I have these 500 thread count 100% Egyptian cotton sheets that are the softest, most comfortable sheets I have ever had.

Watch the thread counts because if you high enough you'll eneter the microfiber sheets.

I bought these when they were on sale for $60.
I don't know how popular Brielle is, but I'm satisfied with my purchase.

400 is the magic number when it comes to thread count. You start going above that, they're going to be two-ply and start trapping in more heat. It's physically impossible to fit more than 400 threads on the loom.

I bought some Egyptian cotton with microfiber sheets and they are awesome. Don't breathe very well, but great for winter.

I am crazy about sheets and currently have about 10 pair.

I use Pima cotton, 600 TC Sateen during summer time.

I have 600 thread count Egyptian cotton sheets from Macy's Hotel Line. They are fantastic, I love them with all my heart and soul.

I also have many rooms with many books and my walls are made of fine mahogany.
