While, I fully support their right to march and protest for what they believe in. When you see a car coming, you move the frick out of the way. It's like as kids you were playing in the middle of the street. Everyone knew that when a car came, get out the street,and continue as soon as the car passes. I dont blame the driver at all for running them over. The protestors somehow get the feeling that they are invincible. Play stupid games, win stupid prizes.

Yep. I'm reminded of a story where a white family stopped for protesters blocking a road and got ripped from their vehicles and beaten till they had to go to the ER.
I actually commuted in my F150 this morning instead of my car for this exact reason.

Those idiots were riding the hood of the car. Easy to see the driver feared for their safety and tried to get out. He even stopped when one moron fell down, and the mob doubled down so he again gtfo. Perfectly reasonable and legal response by the driver, and I hope the city has to pay for damages to his car, since they clearly allowed this unruly mob of animals to gather and intimidate.

That Subaru Outback looks like the perfect unassuming car for running down stupid dirt bags.
I sure as hell would not have gotten out with a bunch of stupid fools climbing on my car, probably yelling threats. I think the driver did the right thing by leaving. I'd have driven straight to the police station and turned myself in there....far away from the psycho crowds.
