True/False: Ferguson type riots could happen in Louisiana given a similar case

I'm going to go with False.
Too many cops and too many private business/residents with guns who won't tolerate that shite. It would begin with a business or two being hit and then end with many people with bullet holes. Also, our State Police would drop the bass on that arse, none of this holding hands with the frickers while walking down the street.

It could happen in some areas of La such as NOLA, It wouldn't be tolerated without resistance from citizens in most towns though.
