I live in Brandon and it's a nice area, I don't get go into Tampa much but it's a little cheaper and still has everything

I live in Westchase back in the West Park Village. My wife is a nurse and I am in construction as well. I would never live out in Brandon as I enjoy South Tampa and the Beach.

Love Tampa. We have been here for 8 years.
Avoid- Brandon, Riverview, Gibstonton, Pasco County, New Tampa, Wesley Chapel. Town and Country area
Check out- South Tampa,St. Pete, Dunedin, Carrollwood, Seminole Heights, downtown. Davis Island

I lived in this apartment and it was awesome. I could see the bay from my apartment.

If you're working at the Florida Hospital on Fletcher I recommend carrollwood or South Tampa. Going south to north in the mornings is significantly easier than the other way around.
