Probably so. How can a cripple get into a lifted H2?

The people complaining and saying that nobody reracks at the UREC are dumb.

Yes, guys not reracking their weights is a problem. THIS guy once put on 18 45lbs weights on a machine and did a single set without reracking a single one. If anyone says, straightfaced, that's not insanely selfish, is lying.

Did not finish reading this thread so Idk if it was brought up but he was apparently in a pretty bad car accident a while back, suffered a concussion and now has trouble dealing with light, thus always wearing the shades. He also was Mr. Louisiana once upon a time and has a thing for big white bitches and I believe his name is Ronson or some shite. Pretty cool dude, but I could definitely see how his tendencies could be annoying.

I honestly did not like him at all and thought he was a complete douche until I met him, He is a really nice guy outside of the gym and in.

Agh yes Ronson Scott. I remember when he wasn't all that strong. I think he used to tow vehicles on campus

That guy used to give me pointers and stuff and he was always really nice.

Pretty sure he wears sunglasses because he has eye trouble, that might be where the handicapped tag came from. And I think this guy might be a vet? seems like he always had an army booksack but it's been a few years

I could be totally off base here

squating on the smith machine is a complete waste of time. i don't care how much of a beginner you are. squatting in the squat rack with just a bar would make you better off tbh

What a troll.

Different strokes for different folks. I believe machines can be effective if used properly and if you use them for their intended purpose. But don't expect to be a strongman or as athletic as an Olympic weightlifter if your sole purpose is using machines. I personally like the four way hammer strength neck machine and hammer strength lay machines. Otherwise ill stick with barbells, tires, kettlebells, and dbs. As well as medicine balls, a reverse hyper machine, and the prowler.

I'm a fan of machines. Years of rugby make a lot of free weight movements dangerous on the joints and muscles(rotator cuff and hamstrings in particular). I'm there for general fitness. Occasional dumbbell presses and curls but mostly machines.

I appreciate the admiration little man. If I could squat 810, id be pretty impressed. Anyway, if anybody want an autograph, just ask me. Lets not hide behind these user names. I know some of you are quite jealous, and it is okay. Just man up once in you life. Imagine telling your grandchildren a lie, and then they find out you were the total opposite. Cheers little people. Oh and steroids Im not against them but I assure you I am not on them. That under 30 joke was funny. The last time I was under 220 was when I competed. Ladies get you lies straight, I mean gentlemen. Much props to the real people that stood up for me, I appreciate it. I do welcome adversity though. It fuels my growth. To all you haters, my name is Ronson Scott Sr., if you are man enough to introduce yourself, be my guest. Again, I am not upset, I am actually proud to read this. IM DOING SOMETHING RIGHT!!! Princess of fools, do you lift? I mean what is a squat machine? There is a 'hack squat' and a 'leg press'. I suggest you stay on the stretching side.

I see him parked on campus daily. I've never met Ronson, but he's good friends with someone I know.
