Saying they'll probably lose is sillier.

Wow bro....you can't make up your mind. You called Mich st a poser in the other thread.

On the road in their biggest matchup of the year and they dominated.

That's a good win.

It's still a good win for Oregon too.

I don't think Michigan State is some great team at all, but they are ranked decently high and the committee will view a win over the Spartans in a good light. Period.

Their loss is twice as bad, but I'd argue their best win is 2x better than Miss State's.

We can point out one off games here and there to try and define teams all we want. LSU beat Wisconsin, TCU beat Minnesota by more than Ohio State did, blahblahblah. Transitive property is stupid. There are variables that factor into all games that skew things more than people like to admit.

If Ohio State wins out, I think they jump Miss State. Could be wrong, could be right. I think they'll need another team to lose to get in though.

I forgot now that Arkansas has finally tasted victory again the fan base's confidence is back to its normal sky high self.

Not that it's a bad thing. I would be too.

I just don't think Arkansas is some unbelievable team. I think that's pretty decent Arkansas @ pretty decent Missouri. I don't think Arkansas is going to go in their and have their way with them.

ETA: I think Arkansas is better than Missouri. However, Arkansas has clinched a bowl game, and Missouri might be playing for the East title. May be some more incentive there for Mizzou.

And you didn't think Ark would beat LSU or Ole Miss either, both of which are better than Mizzou. And both shutouts too, you think we're scared of shitty Maty Mauk? Come on. Only Jennings has had a worse year than Mauk.

If anything you should have said will probably win, certainly the way it looks to most. But that's fine, LSU fan hating what's new.

Eta: saw your edit disregard last part. But if Mizzou loses to UT tonight I'd expect Arkansas to possibly roll them.

I've said all year that Arkansas is good. Their losses were ridiculously close this season.

The commentator for the FSU game tonight really made a good point. He said that he has a problem with the committee just looking at the final score and strength of schedule and whatever. You know for a fact they aren't watching every game. They aren't looking at the nuances that make a team great, how they adjust, etc. I think that's a problem.

False. I thought you guys would win both.

it's road games in the SEC. They're hard to win if you're playing a pretty decent team.

If Missouri is playing for the East at home, I'm thinking they have at the very least a 50/50 shot to win that game.

rofl

I've stated like a 1,000 times that I have a man crush on Bert and the Arkansas program. I am hardly hating.

Yeah. The people on the committee probably barely have time to look at box scores much less full games.

That's a huge problem IMO.

What about Indiana. One of those top 100 wins for osu?

The same Indiana that beat the best team in the SEC East?

Or ignore my edit when I didn't yours thats cool too.

As I said you're putting too much on the road aspect. It's as far as a Little Rock home game is and will have a TON of Hog fans similar to a neutral site game. Makes a difference versus a true road game.

Mizzou is struggling with UT too. So hold off until that's over at least. They lose that and Ark will roll.

But lost to Bowling Green at home.

College football is crazy this year.

Ohio State > Cincinnati > ECU > VT > Ohio State

Not much. It's still in their stadium. In a place where they are comfortable. Still not the same as a neutral site game at all.

They potentially will have a lot more to play for. We have to see if they can beat Tennessee tonight. If they can't, the advantage definitely shifts to Arkansas big time.

Tennessee is trending up just like Arkansas, just obviously not as much.

The Vols were like a 6-point favorite. This would be an impressive win for Missouri, to me.

Because they are making the SEC look bad.

2nd year in they win the SEC East and came real close to winning the entire SEC. It just doesn't look good at all.

No, it makes the SEC East look bad, which everyone already knew the East sucked.

The West is as strong as ever.

Bump.

Lol Arkansas.

I love being right. Pretty easy when arguing against Razorback fans, though.

Ultimate Hog is such a fool.

When Missouri wins the conference, Ohio State fans are absolutely going to beat SEC fans over the head with Indiana.
