Be in the 60s tommorrow. I'm sure the water temp is chilly from the recent weather but I'm gonna be in a highly infested area. What you think?

I saw a turtle sunning today. If it's warm enough for even one turtle to be out, my dog would stay kenneled before hunting a heavily infested area.

I wouldn't want to watch my bitch wrassle w/ an alligator. That would make for a fricked up weekend man. Fetch your own ducks in the mornning, you might need the workout?? g'luck

I've always seen the gators very active after a rain so I'd leave my dog at the house

Do you guys down south worry that much about gators ?

We had one follow a dog once on D'arbonne, didn't turn out to well for him (the gator).

I'll just say that was the last dog he followed

No way bro. Leave the pup at home.

People tell me all the time - "man the chances of that happening are so slim." I don't care. If there is any chance...I mean the smallest of chances...I leave the pup at home.

I know a guy who lost two dogs to gators. Pig dogs but still.

No sense to chance it. There will be many more weekends for the two of you.
