If true this reeks of desperation. Only 1 thing could drive such desperation at the QB position...

I cover the junior college that Chad plays for -- yes, it's the same one Jeryl Brazil and Lorenzo Phillips transferred to.
This offer is not surprising considering what Chad has accomplished this season -- 3,500 yards passing, 42 touchdowns, another 400 yards rushing and four touchdowns.
Chad has some physical ability, some leadership skills.
I'll be at the national junior college championship on Dec. 7. I'm interested to see how he performs facing some stiffer competition (hopefully).
EMCC beats every team in MACJC by 50 points a game.

I live about 30 mins down the road from Clemson and this kid was in the papers and talkshows everyday. This will not end well for LSU. The kid is trouble and would be a waste of space.

Not sure why everyone is saying they don't want him as a Tiger. I believe he has talent and can add good depth and competition to the QB position. He has more passing experience than others on the team, as it stands today.
If he makes us more competent in the passing game, I am for it (if he can keep his attitude in check and realize the team is first).

Both Shea and Jimmy have said that he hasn't been offered a scholarship at this time. Sounds like Scarborough talking out of his arse again

Can move, has some arm talent -- not very accurate down the field.
EMCC throws a lot of dink and dunks and then hits you over the top.
EMCC beat Copiah Lincoln (Josh Taylor's school) twice this season by 35 and 39 points -- and this was the second best team in the division.
