The correct answer is going back to 1993 and watching Jurassic Park

The Dark Knight was the first one that popped into my head.

It would have to be something with a twist (e.g. the Machinist, the Usual Suspects, Fight Club) or something that was fantastic, but I'd never really want to see again (e.g. Boyhood, Requiem for a Dream, etc.). Probably the Sting or something for me.

Maybe Jurassic Park because the first time I saw the dinosaurs I was blown away.

I would undoubtedly pick a movie with a twist ending. Not sure what it'd be though. Shawshank, Usual suspects, frailty, sixth sense, etc all good choices.

Actually had the pleasure of seeing this for the first time three times. In honor of Heath, my buddy and I took some xanax before seeing it in the theater the first time and didn't remember shite, just that it was awesome. We did it again the second time and finally saw it sober the third. I regret nothing.

Empire Strikes Back

I saw all the Star Wars as a kid so by the time I realized how insane this one was I don't think it had the impact it did on others. I can't imagine watching this as an adult and not knowing the Vader Father twist. I feel like I would have heart failure.

I don't know if Gone Girl would be my first choice, but like you it went in knowing NOTHING about the movie. Hell, I didn't even know who was in it. My wife read the book and drug me to the movie. For whatever reason, I didn't ask about it at all. Pretty cool going into a movie that way.

I'm in the same boat, I know absolutely not one single thing about the movie other than affleck was behind it. I want to see it so bad but haven't found the time yet.
