My kids cost about $250 I feel like. He never cried so I don't buy the pain and horror stories.

I've seen a ton of them. They numb it good. Any crying is from the kid being held down/constricted and not liking it. The best way to get the kids to stop crying during the procedure (after numbing, of course) is sugar water on a pacifier.

Then why do they have to put adults to sleep, aside from the fact that if you approach a man's dick with a needle and syringe to apply local anesthetic you're likely to get punched?
