Oh I'm far from ignorant. What I am is moving FORWARD with impressive alacrity, with Our Historic First Black President as my ideological guide. He laid waste today to you sad little reactionaries, and showed the country that SOCIAL JUSTICE trumps your antiquated notions about Separation Of Powers. This morning I heard a typical redneck Republican Obama Critic say that " The President has chosen not to enforce the law" and I had to laugh my Revolutionary arse offbecause it's apparent you right-wing dumb asses are still oblivious to what happened here.
He not only is deciding what laws to enforce, but he has essentially through an AFFIRMATIVE ACTION committed the United States of America to extend certain protections that heretofore DID NOT EXIST. Like a BOSS.
It was a Historic beat-down by Our Historic First Black President that we will discuss in Faculty Clubs across America ! Imagine that-Obama rides into town and not only tells the Constitutional Fundamentalists that's he's not going to enforce their racist laws, but he then EXPANDS THAT OUT EXTRA-CONSTITUTIONALLY to tell you exactly what he is going to do ADDITIONALLY OUTSIDE EXISTING LAW in the name of Social Justice. If Law from Congress is insufficiently Transformative, The White House will have to derive it's own legislation, for The People.
Think of it this way; there is the Congress of The United States of America, full of racist old white guys. And there is the New People's Congress-1600 Pennsylvania Avenue, Barack Hussein Obama Dada presiding, mothafuc*as.
Now that he's neutered the racist and homophobic Republican Congress, the Supreme Court awaits ! Long Overdue ! As long as one child-of-color is deprived of Social Justice our FORWARD-march will continue !
