They have been done for a while, and the end result is pretty mehtucular. Voodoo's best locale was directly behind NOMA. The new festival grounds has serious flooding issues and lack of oaks. It is a huge disappointment. That said, it would be an upgrade from the Fairgrounds.

Highly doubt jazz fest will ever move to City Park festival grounds without a massive infrastructure improvement
