If Eric Gordon can continue knocking down some big shots in crunch time we'll be in good shape

Well I don't think he even touched the ball in the 4th last night. Crazy what happens when Jrue and Tyreke pass the ball once in a while

When Reke and Jrue forget about one on one and pass the ball, they're so much better

I liked his role tonight. Just play solid defense and hit open 3s with the starters. Take on a little more ball handling with the 2s.

He hit shots though so that's good.

There's a particular thread that I really want to start about EG, but I have no doubt that it would cause him to tear both ACLs immediately after.

He's 15-23 from the field and 7-10 from 3 in his last 3 games.

He's actually been decent since the San Antonio game. In those 6 games he's averaging 12 pts per game, while shooting 49% from the field and 43% from 3. I'd take that every day of the week from him.

If he keeps the playing like this, he'll win me over

I feel like EG has been playing hard from the start but just has been having trouble finding his role when on the floor with Jrue and Reke. They all have very similar games so i think it will just take time for him to discover his best fit.

He's finally starting to look like the player we need him to be. He actually looks healthy and dare I say has put good effort out

Maybe we should let him slash and pass or throw the lay ups now since tyreke can hit the side of a barn from 5 feet.

We can't throw out the baby with the bath water on Tyreke. He has to be able to do some iso work to get his, but Gordon should as well. Gordon has that pocket pass to AD working pretty well.

Also, Tyreke has been doing really well on catch-and-shoot threes. Letting Gordon or Holiday attack more should give Tyreke more opportunities with that.

The last few games have seen more balanced usage get spread among the guards and it seems to be helping the ball movement and spacing. It's easy to forget how few games we had last year where all three were on the floor and healthy. Hopefully they are getting their roles ironed out now.

He looks like he is on skates sometimes when he gets one on one at the top of the key. Pissed me off when he didn't dive on the floor in the 4th after that turnover he committed... besides that, I'd give him an A for the game.

Love that episode.

As long as he's still on this team, Eric Gordon is our X-factor. When he plays well, we are really difficult to beat. It's hard to root against him for that reason alone.

Give the man credit. He's been putting forth effort since the season started. Just b/c he was in a shooting slump doesn't mean the effort was absent. He has been playing great defense since game 1 of the season. If you want to measure his effort, guage is effort on the defensive end of floor.
