Having family in Little Rock I can tell you that the people of Arkansas absolutely hate LSU. It is fairly equivalent to the way LSU has felt about Alabama since Saban arrived.
While there isn't a historical rivalry per se, that game has had a ton of history over the years. To write off Arkansas as an after thought is arrogant to say the least.
