And/or town? The ones out here in the AP have some real gems on them. I'm currently reading a post looking for a full time nanny to get paid $300/2 weeks. How can people be so...cheap.

I'm apart of the pointe coupee group.

Whoever is in charge of the WBR group keep on denying me. I guess they must know me or don't like me or my family.

Yes. You can find a deal, but most are like you say. I called a women out for trying to sell a golf cart for $500 over retail. Linked the page and everything. She was mad as hell.

I'm a member of the Cajun Swap/Shop for pure comedic value.

There was a "cart" on there the other day with a Harley front end welded to the back half of a go cart. It looked like and extreme POS.

I like to read various Louisiana Craigslist ads just to see the absolute filth that poisons this state

and then there are the people selling some small item for $10. Who is going to meet up and buy a crappy $10 item?

2 things I have learned from those groups.

1. Only 10% of the Louisiana population knows the difference in the words "Sale" and "Sell".

2. Large car audio subwoofers is a common form of currency in Louisiana. You can buy just about anything if you have enough 15" Kicker woofers to put up.

I troll cajun swap shop posts semi-regularly. If breathing was something you had to learn some of these people would be fricked.

My favorite is the person who posts an item, the location, a firm price, and says no trades.

First 10 posts are 5 people asking where they're located, 2 people super low balling and 3 offering ridiculous trades.

Only when looking for stolen property. Twice I've located my own stuff and successfully pressed charges. Most thieves are incredibly stupid.

I saw that earlier tonight. I Love how some one broke it down to show she was pay 2.63 per hour.
