Im leaving Thursday with the family. It is what it is.

Anyone else going? Any decent places to watch the LSU game or Saints on Monday night?

I think even the people that orgasm over anything Disney have agreed that Thanksgiving is the worst time to go.

The ESPN sports bar at the Boardwalk is a great place to watch any sporting event. The best part about it to is all the men their are ready for a beer after a long day at the parks with the family. Certainly a family atmosphere as well.

Gotcha. Too bad they couldn't have been persuaded to take everyone to Belize or some place like that.

I just recently found out that going to Disney over Thanksgiving is a thing. I don't understand why people do it.

I have friends back in BR that go every.single.Thanksgiving there. I don't understand it either. But they seem to enjoy it.

Lets see, kids out of school for a week. Parents taking off for the week. Where does a family with kids like to go? Hmmmmm. Disney.

Was this really something you couldn't have figured out?

And I do like Disney, but I probably wouldn't go next week if it were a free trip given to me.

I've been several times. It's crowded so as long as you have patience and remember that you're there to take it slow, you'll be fine.

The parks are always more crowded when kids are out of school. The week after Thanksgiving is a great week to go though. We'll be there 11/16 - 12/5.
