To you, what constitutes the best team?

I am not asking this for football, it is for basketball, since the season is starting. Because there will become an argument later on this year when a team such as Wichita, St Joe's, VCU starts to rise in rankings and people will complain they are ranked or seeded too high.
Is it the team with the best individual talent?
Is it the team that has won all their games?
Is it the team that wins games vs the toughest schedule?

2013-14 Spurs.
Team basketball, great passing, also showcasing individual talent, great defense, great shooting, and great coaching. Their lack of swag is their swag. And I hate the Spurs.

there's no such thing really, at least not objectively
some teams are inconsistent and you have to decide whether you count their best or their sub-par performances. some teams match up really well against other great teams but terribly against some mediocre teams.
