Cooked a fresh piece of backstrap wrapped in conecuh smoked bacon, and stuffed with homemade fresh sausage and jalapeños and cream cheese. Topped it with portobello shrooms sautéed in bacon drippings and washed down with a 32 oz natty light. Life couldn't get any better.

Thanks!

It would have been a little better if it were a little less cooked, but the sausage was made from wild hog, so I cooked to 165* to be on the safe side.

Now way. Love these floors. They're bulletproof. Don't have to worry about how much dirt on my boots, etc. Neato vacuum does the work.
