Well, we don't really know what his definition of "Cajun" is.

I'd say Domenica would be a solid safe choice.

Take him to Galatoires. I usually find it's a good choice for people looking for higher end, yet not really sophisticated. That's not meant as a slam on him, just sort of how I see a guy who would throw out that sort of caveat.
