I don't know what this thread means, but Nightcrawler (singular) is one of my favorite movies of the year.

Jake Gyllenhall's performance was greatness. The movie was about a 7.5/10 for me.

Sorry, Nightcrawler . I'd give it a 7/10, just still dont understand what was supposed to be the deal with Lou's personality. BUT, whatever it was, Gyllenhall played it perfectly . How did he make himself look like he had bug eyes for two hours??

I tried looking in the mirror and "acting" that, and I couldn't maintain that look for very long.

Would he be classified as having obsessive compulsive disorder? Obviously anti-social, controlling, but brilliant. I'm surprised he wasn't more successful earlier in his life.

I wouldn't say he had an extreme case of OCD, but he was obsessed with doing things his way and having things exactly the way he wanted them.

Jake did a stand up job. As weird as this movie was he did very well. I'll remember him for this performance

I went to see this last night and I enjoyed... good, but not great...
