Seems like they don't have near the same value as Chase rewards points.

I have 52,000 points to burn. What's the best dollar value rewards I can use them on?

They have great value transferring to airline partners. Just need to know where you're going.

Seems like most of the gift cards they have are given at 50% value.

Theyre great for transfers to airline miles. I wait until they have transfer bonuses and then I will put a bunch of them into my skymiles and avios accounts.

Gift Cards... Just make sure you verify you're going with the best ratio

$100 GC = 10000pts

Since I switched over to Chase Sapphire, I've got like 35k pts sitting in my Amex, need to use them to buy xmas presents this year.

It looks like there's a 100% value on an Amazon prime purchase, but not on an Amazon gift card. I'm tempted to just use the points to buy prime for the next 5 years. The only 100% value gift card that seems worthwhile to me is for Home Depot.

Transferring to airline miles when bonuses are offered is the best value. Gift cards equal .01 per point. If that floats your boat then fine but it's far from the best utilization of the points.

+1.

Anything above .01 per point is where you are starting to see good value.

Worst case scenario use the points to book travel/hotels on Amextravel where you will get .01 per point.
