Why can't someone make a TRUE gastric bypass gadget?

I want a bag that I can attach to a port somewhere on my body while I eat and drink anything I want. At the end of the evening, I disconnect it and toss it out.

I'll eat veggies and rice cakes when I don't have it attached.

Plausible?

I'm not heavy. I just think a gastric bypass should live up to its name.

could be done through a permanent PEG tube into the stomach maybe? insanely risky

could rock something like this that we use in cows - they're referred to as cannulated/fistulated cows. You could just reach in and pull your food out!

For studying how cows digest their food. Cows are classified as ruminants (most/all cloven hoofed animals) that have a 4 chamber stomach. The 1st chamber is a big, 50 gallon fermentation vat that helps in digestion but is pretty complex - the opening allows direct access to that vat.

Well of course they have - but in a country where the market demands lower costs of operation/feeding and higher output/bigger cows they have to know how to fine tune everything from start to finish. Studies on maximizing performance/output will never end.

They already have something called a colostemy bag. It's not pleasant.
