Whats the labor cost of getting new windows installed and how long should it take? 8-12 windows

If you are talking about REAL windows with quality wood and glass (not composite), professionally done..anywhere between $1,000-$2,000 per window.

$50-70/hr for labor. $10-12/sf for run of the mill residential insulated units. Those numbers are for replacing just the glass and not the sashes or entire opening. Length of time depends on the type of sash they're in. Could take 20 minutes per window. Could take an hour or two per window.

There are a lot of variables that can influence that number, but I'd say 75% of my residential reglazes fall within that range.
