Nah, I live on 5 acres and they crap everywhere and cause a l ot of ruckus early in the morning. I have my stamps and stuff and I heard several people do this. I decided to start this weekend.

I may or may not have harvested a wood duck with my bow and arrow one time. Depending on the legality of such things..

I looked and the only things NOT listed as illegal were bow and shotgun.

It's legal in California so it's got to be legal down south. I think people use a blunt tip for this kind of thing.

These things are apparently a huge problem...limit of snow geese in Canada is up to 50 per day. Seems like they should allow small rifle hunting so the AR and predator crowd could get in on the game. I'll bet you could sit there plunking them with a suppressed 22 from 100 yards away until you had your limit.

I would recommend 3” BB or BBB kent fast steel w/ a mod choke …. A bow are you serious – even if you shoot it you will have to chase a wounded goose around which is easier said than done unless you have a hound
