Things to do in Tampa

I want to make the hour drive to Tampa when I'm in Orlando in February. I know Tampa is known for Busch Gardens but there is no need when you can visit the superior Animal Kingdom. One of the things I plan on doing is visit the neighborhood that Edward Scissorhands was filmed in. Any other suggestions?

There is a restaurant that serves all kind of exotic meats. You can have a lion taco like a true alpha.
